Statement of Qualification Applications

You must first register for a login account to access the Statement of Qualification Applications (SQAs) for these programs:

• Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Class I, including Solar Carve-Out
• Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Class II
• Alternative Portfolio Standard (APS)

To create your login account, choose a user name and password; then enter your contact information. Once you have registered, you can login at any time and use your contact information for multiple SQAs.
